Be careful when you renew your subway pass for the first time in this fiscal year

Three days ago, my train pass was about to expire on that day. I asked my mom and got money for it. I planned to renew my train pass on that day as usual but I couldn’t. Usually, after entering required information on the screen of a ticket vending machine, one of officials stick his or her head out of a small window, asks me if I have anything I can prove my identity, I show him or her my student’s identity card and then I can renew my pass. However, on that particular day, I couldn’t because it was the first renewal of my pass in this fiscal year. I needed to bring a commuting certificate. Therefore, I resigned myself to renewing my pass on the next day after I get the certificate.
The next day, I went to the student affairs office to get the commuting certificate. There were two forms of it with different size. I had no idea how these two were different so I took both of them. On that day, I intended to renew my pass at the place that I was instructed to go the day before but the shutter in front of the place was already closed at 19:00.
Though I finally got new subway pass this morning, I had a minor problem. I handed the official at the ticket beaurau a different form. I needed a form for Fukuoka city subway system but I did one for JR(Japan Railway). Fortunately I had one for subway line as well. I got one.

定期券の有効期限が三日前だったので、その日、母に言って定期券代をもらいました。僕はその日の帰りに定期券を買うつもりでした。いつも定期券を買うように地下鉄の券売機で定期券を買おうとしました。普段は、必要なボタンを押し終わると、係員の方が券売機の横の穴から顔を出して、「学生証はありますか」と尋ね、それを見せれば、購入することが出来ます。しかし、その日は新年度最初の定期券の購入だったため、学校の通学証明書が無いと購入できないということになっていました。そのため、その日はあきらめ、翌日、学校で証明書をもらって定期券を購入しようと思いました。
翌日、学生課で書類をもらいに行きました。そこには二つの書類が置いてあり、その二つの違いが分かりませんでしたが、とりあえず、両方とももらっておきました。その帰り、普通通り、帰りに購入しようと思いました。前日に、新規の購入は定期券販売上で行って下さいと言われていたのでそこに行ってみましたが、そこは19:00にしまってしまっていて、僕の行った19:40にはもう開いていませんでした。
