Another day for working over time

Now I'm doing a PR job as internship.
Before I choose this career, I have known it's a hard job. However, every time when I do the over-time job, I feel woo how hard it is.
As a PR assistant, you should always follow your guests' schedule, so there is alway an accident that you would work over time.
I still think it's an interesting job, so I want to keep on doing that.
When you feel tired, what do you always do to relax a little?
