why talented people is lazy

I do not want to praise myself. But as I know myself, I am very talented man.
Despite my life position, I have an other capable too. But I do not use it at least in my free time.
For example, I have good music feeling and I can play three music instrument.
You can say everybody have this capable or you can say everybody could have this talent. But different from others I have inborn ability. When I play some of music instrument, peoples first question was , where did you educated, or how did you get this ability. When I say, I graduated no music school, and I have no music education, they surprised.
My other talent is painting, which first handwork was my father portrait when I was in 13-14 years old.
My cousin is professional artist, and he painting at the governmental level.
Why I say this, because this person valued my first and seriously handwork.
I proud of my self at this time, because professional artist gave me such a high value. Now I am so lazy, I could not make free time to continue and to presented my hidden talent.
Including my English speaking ability. I am angry at myself, because of do not having durable course of English at least here in this helpful site, and by the help of my good teacher Sarahu.
