And I know that, for getting academic English speaking capacity you need having read most of English literature and you need to be among the English people and to live among them at least. It means that, condition is the main think for you improving. Anyway I wish I would become to Academic speaker in English. And I would appreciate if I would have most of friend from native people. In this case you will have different outlook too, besides you learn Language.

I do not want to praise myself. But as I know myself, I am very talented man.
Despite my life position, I have an other capable too. But I do not use it at least in my free time.
For example, I have good music feeling and I can play three music instrument.
You can say everybody have this capable or you can say everybody could have this talent. But different from others I have inborn ability. When I play some of music instrument, peoples first question was , where did you educated, or how did you get this ability. When I say, I graduated no music school, and I have no music education, they surprised.
My other talent is painting, which first handwork was my father portrait when I was in 13-14 years old.
My cousin is professional artist, and he painting at the governmental level.
Why I say this, because this person valued my first and seriously handwork.
I proud of my self at this time, because professional artist gave me such a high value. Now I am so lazy, I could not make free time to continue and to presented my hidden talent.
Including my English speaking ability. I am angry at myself, because of do not having durable course of English at least here in this helpful site, and by the help of my good teacher Sarahu.

I just opened weather information site and saw that, the temperature of air is 44 degree.
But seldom they do not write exactly, because, according to Labour Code of Republic, with this degree of weather the work must be stop in over all region..
Therefore sometimes they says wrong..
I can say that, there was died almost 100 people due to sun bitten. (I want to say that, people working under sun, which degree is 44-45, and they dies from this sunshine).
And, I am looking forward to coldly weather...

We went together with my wife and my son. Usually I choose Turkey republic to have my holiday. But this time I decided to go to Odessa in Ukrain. Of course it was my first travel there, but frankly I liked it. We stayed there about 16 days...
We placed in a very good hotel next to sea, which I could go in for sport every morning with my sweet son).
SO, I have pretty good impression from this city...

Of course it is not main reason for business but it is main reason for life. I know that, this ultimately hot climate condition has surrounded all over the word and as I heard from source, it will be very hot especially this year. I think everyone must be ready and must be take prophylactic measure.
What I do for my not having bad influence from hot weather is to go to the cottage and to the beach with my family. May to say that it became to diary regulation.

But I did not see any necessity to go there, because Agency which created by our company is not ready yet. Why? Because there some standard for attending this Training course.

I would like to inform you about our activity on that direction that we keep following to propagate your equipment here. But main problem which is familiar to you too, that Turkey equipment is leading now. So, we have to wait for time, that when would be appearance requirement for your equipments.
Therefore in that case we could attend Training.

So the river which I mentioned above called ARAZ has a big flooding now. Our specialist decided to make an other way for this river in the some of territory of country which was older stream (the way for river).
Now they trying to direct the river to that way that used to have stream some week ago.
I just have information that the rescue works are continuing successful and it is going to finish in a shirt time. It is good news of course.
But what about peoples fate who evacuating to some camps to live it is terrify!!!

You see we have two a big river in our country which is flooding now due topermanent rainings.
According to information given by Azeribaijan TV channel, the situation is a critic now, and TV says that all officially persons of Republic in this aria now and they make some designing to prevent this disaster.
When I change the channel to an other side, I saw that Poland also has the same flooding problem. And in that moment İ thought it is a global change and global problem which the word has meet.
I think it is time to have common project to prevent natural disaster.(despite it is so frightned to struggle to it.).

Because, I have already reached necessary project. I hold significant negotiation with people, thus are responsible for this issue in Turkey. it was so convenient for me from other point of view too. This is because I had a good new friends in parallel with my business.

Well, despite having a shirt time I could made any time for my family. Therefore, I bought some present for my wife and son as usually. Note that , I do it (to buy present) in my every trip to foreign country, )) this is because my wife is not to be disappointed of me)) .

If I sleep one hour more than I do usually, then I get difficulty to wake up following working day.Besides this, If I do not go to work, then I have such bad habit to live without work, how to say to eat free))
IN such way, I want to go for shopping, to meet with friend in some of good restaurant, or to do to some of good disco club, or to have travel to somewhere))) .
So you see the result of one days rest for businessmen.
Today I woke up no so easy. My wife waked me up severally together my son. Even she direct my son to me by intentional)) that he to call me loudly ))
But, despite all this intend it was so difficult for to wake up. Of course at last I beard it. And I hope I will get my early standing habit in the morning)).

Therefore I arranged his living condition, and I helped him to make registration according to rule of hotel. His check in time start from 12th may. And he is going to leave on the 15 may, in the morning. His visit program is to attend to Tender connected to Project which are going to carry out with the an other company here. He said, he has a big hope to get victory from this TENDER. So , I also hope them to win from this TENDER , because we have
consortium with that companies.We have more design to do future in case of they win this Tender. I arranged meeting for today at 6th clock with my friend from India and with my specialist who are responsible in that field.
The project include Electrical Transmission line designing, construction, and put into operation. Why we involved to this project, because we have our profession on that project. It means all companies , which include to Consortium have own responsible. As well ours. Now I am going to call and to invite my friend to our office and to have talks existing project and future documentation issue.

regarding my personal diary, last days was so hard for me, because of more work to do. Now I can say that , I a bit free but)) not more. You see even I have time to write something about me))
I am waiting for my Indian guest now. He called me few days ago and informed me their Companys project in Azerbaijan. Notice, that we are cooperate with this company on the rehabilitation and reconstruction of electrical transmission line.
So, he called and asked me to book some hotel for him and his an other workmate. But he did not get VISA to fly to Baku yet. He said he wait for that. But despite it, I have already booked hotel for them. He is my good friend, that is why I looked for suitable and no expensive hotel for him.
You see there some situation that people deceive to an other foreign people for their money. This can happened in some foreign country , include ours too. I guess you will agree with me on that point of view.
So, considering all forthcoming thinks I took responsibility all of issue on this Indian citizen. I can not allow to happen any unliked event over this guests.
on the other hand we are going to have common work here, which I mentioned above.

So, I think I afforded it. Therefore, I have meet guest from Canada and France. And we had successful agreement of course on proper issue.
I would say that, me personally had so hard work to obtain this contractual agreement because for this agreement there was required more and more capability which I did. I am not trying to praise my self of course, but real is that I afforded all this issue and solved some of a big project.
That is reason,why I am not here for a long time .

I, like when he weak up with me on every morning)). But difference of me, his mother (my wife) does not like, when he weak up early))).
You know why?))). Because she want to have sleep after see of me to work.)). When my son weak up, then he does not allow to her to sleep, because he want to have milk, bread, tea ....or an other kind of food)))
During this time, she lost her sleep and she can not sleep even my son has got sleep.
Therefore, this is my first favorite hobby, which I do as usually)). Then I have shower then we do our breakfast together. On the other hand it is so significant to weak up early and to have breakfast with me , because he like to have breakfast with me,otherwise he has no good mood to get food.))
I could say that, when my son kiss me from early it (and opposite) means my business will going on in normal way....

As you grow up, then you can not get free time even to think from childhood...
But of course we are oblige to work and to live in normal condition.
My regulation is as usually.Therefore, I work 5 days in a week in the my first work place. And an other 2 days of week I engage in Comanys work which considering as my second work place. Of course I do everything in necessity regarding company . But first I do my government works then an other proper works.
My business is getting to better gradually. Why I said gradually, because of crisis that happened over the world and there severally country that could not escape of this difficulty now. So, due to this common disaster our company has stopped its activities too. Now we are trying to get e new program and project to do.
Now I think it is suitable time for reaching good business...
