I have a pain on my thumbs

Since about two weeks ago, my both thumbs have been aching. This is because I play the piano intensely sometimes. Actually, I have had worse pains on my all fingers before. I could get rid of the pains by Osteopathy and electric massages and plasters. It took almost a year. I started taking same kinds of treatments two weeks ago, but it seemed like it has not been better. So I decided to go to an orthopedic and took x-ray photos.
As I thought, nothing was wrong with my bones. The doctor said my thumb muscles were tired because of too much use. He said I should take my fingers rest and put plasters on my thumbs twice a day. It was a relief to hear nothing was wrong with my bones.
After I went to the doctor, I went to the Osteopathy doctor and took three kinds of electric massages including an ultrasonic massage. I will put plasters at least twice a day. I hope these will work.
