If you meet her, you will like her.

I doun't understand the differrence.

The first is imagining something that's not very likely. "You can't meet her now, but if you did, I think maybe you would like her."

The second is something possible and likely to happen. "Why don't I introduce you to my friend? If you meet her, I'm certain you will like her."

The meaning is almost the same, but the second one implies more strongly that the person you are talking to might meet her.
