Hi, friends.
I think this question must be about a basic rule of grammar, but I'm ashamed to say I don't know ...
Example:
A: None of the professor's students thinks much of him.
B: None of the professor's students think much of him.
In Japanese
その教授の生徒で彼をすごいと思っている人はいない
Which verb do you think is correct, thinks or think?
Thanks.

Which verb do you think is correct, think or thinks? Thinks is right . Although NONE can be used as singular or plural , but in this case, none of the professor which is singular, therefor the verb to be used is also singular.
Many thanks for the great explanation, but.... to be honest, I'm a little bit confused about that two opposite answers.
But it's okay. I'm glad to hear many opinions.
Thanks :)
