mmmm... I like things that aren't too mainstream... for example with music and movies... so when my friends talk about movies, celebrities who are popular im always left out because i can't relate to them...
also the way i dress, it's not the typical fashion you see everyday... sometimes they make jokes about it... but u know friends do that from time to time...
i like art.. they aren't...
they also can't understand why i like japanese culture...

But, one-of-a-kind values reside in everyone.
So, some people likes you, and others doesn't. That's natural. Take it easy.

ときどき、かれらはわたしをりかいすることができない。orときどき、かれらはわたしをりかいしてくれません。←This is more natural I guess.Instead using かれら, you can put ともだち in this sentence. Japanese less likely to use pronoun. In that sentence , you mean; they are friends of yours, right? If so, you can use ともだち or わたしのともだち.
Japanese sometimes do it because we have lived in a society that being looked weird is a shame. We sometimes hate a difference and want to be "normal".
Everybody are different. No one could be same as others, I think.
So our society is not "normal ".XD

I have a lot of friends and I enjoy their company.. they are good people but there are times that they can't understand me and it makes me feel lonely from time to time...
