I agree with deenaimnida. It's all about reading a repeated patterns. After a couple of times of encountering some word, you'll be able to recognize it whenever you see it without tashkeel. Think of tashkeel as your pronunciation guide, you only need it once to know how to pronounce a specific word. It's not really that hard. I mean if you, for example, read this sentence, أنَا أُحِبُ الزُهُور (I love flowers). Whenever you see أحب in any other sentence, it still going to be pronounced the same, and الزهور, as well. I hope you get what I mean.

It´s just going to take some time, so don´t give up.

Just keep reading and practicing.

Don't worry it's not an untreatable disease, we all start with "tachkil" even Arabes. In primery school we all depended on "tachkil" to read correctly, and learned "iêrab إعراب" to get use to the correct pronunciation without tachkil.
