I think I was lucky enough to give a test, not take a test.
I'm a Japanese teacher at one of the biggest company in Korea.
Today and tomorrow we are having a final term. What we did today
was role play test.
We evaluate the students reporting new idea to his superior, and
discussing at the company meeting in a role play.
We - teachers also participate in the meeting as a role of co-workers
or superior, while another teacher listen and evaluate the student's
Japanese speaking ability.
In this way, one students and 3 teachers are in the room for 30minuts.
What a horrible situation for students, isn't it?
We're gonna have bisiness presentation test tomorrow.
I hope all students would passed.
