Today is Constitution Memorial Day in Japan.
The Japanese constitution was given by the USA after the world warⅡ.
This law includes the right to live. It is that a human being has an essential right to live, particularly that a human being has the right not to be killed by another human being.
However Fukushima's children live dangerous areas now because the government is still saying that those areas are safe. Is 20mSv per year safe for children? I think that they are depriving children of their rights.
How should we consider this situation?
