I am always tormented by the following when using English.

For example, "I browsed to a website, and ordered something

(if assume here that it was a teddy bear doll) .

I ordered it and paid there.

But no reply came after that.

So I wanted to call them.

Firstly, I thought "What should I say when calling by telephone?"

At first I thought this way. "My own English is so poor, but I want to tell someone that no reply has come.

If I say, "Hello my name is … .

I am a Japanese.

Then theyalmost always say, "Please call our Japanese agent."

The number

is … .

Or "○×△□？

＊" with having their word machinegun.

Hahaha...

So I made my own English expression: "Hello.

I've received no reply in regards to the the teddy bear doll , that I ordered two weeks ago ,but no reply has come yet."

When I ask someone about this, everyone says

"Natives seldom say'As for…' in like cases like these." [Nope, we don't.]

Is there no expression like this? [Not used in the same way. In English, we'd normally set the topic with a full cluse. "I ordered a teddy bear two weeks ago." That sets the topic like について in Japanese. Then we'd say "But I haven't heard anything about it since then."]

Please help me if possible briefly.

And one more thing… between Japanese(s), and Chnese(s), and American(s)people, I don't think there is not an exact corresponding expression compensatibly ,I think.

How should we handle this?

I ordered and paid on the spot. <--即行　（？）という意味

So I wanted to call there.　(<--電話したかったがしなかったのニュアンスがあるから，このほうがいいかも： "So I decided to call them.")

Then they almost always say, "Please call our Japanese agent.

"The number is ...." or "○×△□".

They talk too fast.

So I made up my own English phrases: "Hello.

When I asked others about my phrasing/wording, they all said,

"Native speakers seldom say, 'As for~' in cases like these." Double quotation marks (") はもう使いましたから，次はsingle quotation marks (').

実は，コメントの "cluse" は　"clause"です。

And one more thing...I think that Japanese, Chinese and Americans cannot fully convey what they mean in the other languages.
