In Japan, craftworkers, designers, musicians etc. are sometimes called "creator" (クリエイター).
I wonder whether that is a correct use of the word or a kind of 'Japanglish'.
My questions are:
(1) For example, "I am a creator of that poster." is natural sentence. Right?
(2) If someone says "I am a Creator." when he introduce himself in English, are you think it's strange?
(3) "I am a creator" never means "I am God", does it? (I know "the Creator" means God.)
Is my understanding correct?

2) I would think it was strange. I would use the word 'artist' instead.
3) 'The Creator' is a name people have for God, but if I said 'I am a creator' I don't think people would think I meant that I am God. They would just think I make things.
I hope that was clear. I didn't know that クレエイター means artist. Thank you! c:
What Pippa said is right.
Thank you very much, both of your comments are really helpful!
