a BMW in Dubai

Recently,found a very very dirty BMW in Dubai
the car is too dirty too identify its original colour.Is the car have no owner?that's luxury! Or Dubai's environment is so bad that made the car change dirty in few days...
Someone wrote on the car "IS THE OWNER DEAD?"

最近在迪拜发现了一辆很脏很脏的宝马
车脏的简直认不出来本来的颜色了。难道这车没有主人么？还是迪拜环境太差以至于两三天不洗车就这种效果了……
有个人还在车尾写“车主死了么”……
