I did the same things like yesterday this morning.
Of course,something is different,I took a ran in the residential subdistrict(area) where I live in now.
There is a small hill,It is really small that I can climb up it less than 5 minutes.I climbed it three times this morning,then I found it is not easy to climb,I felt tired,Maybe I should slow down to do this exercise tomorrow.

I find it is difficult in the first time to wake up at 5:30PM.
Making a change takes time and isn't always easy,is it?
So I need more patient.I do think I will keep my change up.

Day had now broken.These days,I made a decision to change my biological clock.I went to bed so late before,sometimes I went to bed after 1AM.I think it is bad for me,so I need to change.I wiil go to bed befroe 23PM,and wake up 5:30AM.

The first step is hardest! I hope I can keep it up.I also hope you all will bear with me and cheer me along!

In these two years,I always feels there is not enough time to do what I want to.So many things I need study,So many places I want to travel,So many people I want to contact,So many things I need to change.I felt tired,but I were afraid of slowing down,I'm afraid of wastingmy life.
After read this article,I got some useful infomation.
Making a change takes time and isn't always easy.The article show us a way to how to slow down.
A thought experiment --- take a few minutes to image your life,without doing any valueable things,and think you don't need do well.
Slow hour --- Now we get a few minutes ,how about we take a hour to slow down?
Slow calm --- I'm not good at patient.It is easy for me to feel angry and anxiety.I know it is my character,I'm trying to make it change to a good way.
Slow eating --- I do think it is bad for our health,It is not obviously when we are young.We should take care of it.
Exercise slow --- I agree the author's opinion.Usually I did exercises
in a mind I should complete it.So I did it quickly just as a task with no funny.
Slow attention --- Like the author said,I do think it feels awkward with a slow response at almost time.

As you see,I have many wrong opinions mentioned in the article,How about you?Do you have the same opinion with the author?How do you slow your life down?

Which is correct or most suitable?I think I can use them all,is it right?

I think it is a good service,I don't need save many websites in my favorite fold of my computer system.It also save the time to open my favorite websites to check if there had been update,it is really a long time to check these websites if the network doesn't wroking well enough.
How about you,my friends?Do you know RSS or Google Reader?
