For 2:
A: Since the other person offered to bring the cup, you don't have anything to do with it so you wouldn't use "I'd"
B: That sounds as if YOU'RE the one doing them a favor, which is wrong
D: This would probably only make sense if you said another sentence before it. It sounds rude to answer the question with just this.
