I have a day off today. For some reason I am walking around and sitting on the chair at Starbucks near the Kyoto Station.

It is very fine. It is worth of walking around. I walked here from my apartment. It took about for half an hour. On the way I shortly dropped by Higashi Honganji Temple.

I met a mother and her daughter who were riding on her Mama Bicycle in front of the Big Temple.

It might be the second time that I had visited the Temple. The structure was huge.

I asked a tourist to take picture of me in front of the Temple. I was like a tourist.

It really is nice weather in Kyoto today! I am rather tired and lethargic from drinking too much last night, so I have gone back home for a nap!

Sorry for my late reply. Thank you for your corrections and comments.

I understood "shortly" is used before something occur, I feel it resemble to "soon".
Can I exchange it to "for a moment"?

Ah, you also feel that ママチャリ is difficult to translate into English. In fact it is also difficult to explain or definite it in Japanese. ^^ I only use Mama Bicycle here and on my blog. It is my original name of the special Japanese bike for mom. It is not the same as ママチャリ.
Thank you.

Oh, wow! That temple looks amazing! I hope I can see something like that one day! And that little girl looks cute on her mother's bike!

Good job with your English! Keep up the good work!

In fact the Temple is very huge. The extra structure is under reconstruction. I hope you will visit such Temples in Kyoto. Thank you.

I noticed Dan's corrections and explanation about "shortly". I didn't check it on dictionary. However I think it resembles to "soon". Thank you, I confirm the meaning.
Anyway, the autumn is here.
