A Natural Path at the Kyoto Imperial Palace
Above all, thank you for commenting on my latest entry. I will hang in there to build up my pronunciation practice. I hope you will allow me to ask such questions some time.
Another thing, I will write about my bike entry. I have a plan to upload this entry with many pictures to my bike blog later.
The other day I went to the Kyoto Imperial Palace with my youngest daughter.
It is a complete cold winter season.( ←I would appreciate if you give some alternative phrase if you had another good one.)
We were surprised by plenty of leaves fallen along the paths. Yellow leaves of Ginkgo tree or red leaves of Maple tree gathered everywhere.
The Palace has many natural paths. I like to go through them. These paths are not completely natural ones. However they are worth walking alongside when you want to see seasons of Japan in Kyoto.
I recommend that you would visit those paths some day.
PS. I was late the day calender Jan 3, 2012 tonight...

It is a complete cold winter season.( ←I would appreciate if you give some alternative phrase if you had another good one.)It has been a cold winter season (Hope this phrase helps some)
A Natural/Nature Path at the Kyoto Imperial Palace
I will hang in there to build up my pronunciation skills. (or: hang in there to keep up my pronunciation practice)
Another thing, I will write about my bike entry.
It has become absolutely cold this winter season.( ←I would appreciate if you give some alternative phrase if you had another good one.)
We were surprised by plenty of leaves fallen along the paths. (more natural to me: "surprised by the many fallen leaves." In this situation, it's more natural to include "the" before "leaves," and "many" goes well with "the.")
Yellow leaves of Ginkgo trees and red leaves of Maple trees gathered everywhere.
I like to go/walk through them.
I was late. The day on the calender is now Jan 3, 2012 tonight... (The way I see it, as long as you write another entry to make up for the "lateness," you'll be fine :D)
It is a complete cold winter season.( ←I would appreciate if you give some alternative phrase if you had another good one.)If you mean it's the coldest point in winter, you can say "It's the dead of winter".
I hope you will allow me to ask such questions from time to time.
It is clear that winter has fully arrived. ( ←I would appreciate if you give some alternative phrase if you had another good one.)
Ah, It is clear that winter has fully arrived か :)
I embed many pictures on my bike blog too.
