I've missed the deadline!
I had totally forgotten to apply for the TOEIC test.
I went to the TOEIC website yesterday then I found that the application deadline had already passed.
The next test that I can apply is next year. It sounds too far away.
I’ll never miss the deadline next time.

I had totally forgotten to apply for the TOEIC test. You can also say "I totally forgot to apply for..."
I went to the TOEIC website yesterday then I found and found out that the application deadline hasd already passed.
The next test that I can apply for is (scheduled) next year.
It sounds too far away. (Grammatically correct but it's rarely used in describing length of time. I think it might be better to say "I'll have to wait for a long time" or "A year seems too long" )
I’ll never miss the deadline (again) next time.
It's a chance to get my highest score.
I missed the deadline!
I totally forgot to apply for the TOEIC test.
I went to the TOEIC website and found out that the application deadline had already passed.

That's such a long time.
I'll be sure not to miss the deadline next time.
