Do you know how to read this kanji "心太"?
Is it 'shin-buto'? Or is it "zu-butoi", because the heart(心) is thick(太い)?
The answer is "tokoro-ten".
I think even Japanese people can't read it at all, if they didn't know.
Why do we read it as "tokoro-ten"? I don't know.
It has been decided, so we have to follow the rule.
Putting that aside, tokoro-ten is made from seaweeds.
It is suitable foods for summer, so I like it very much.
You must choke over, if you slurp it, because it contains vinegar.
When I eat chilled tokoro-ten with choking over,
I feel like the summer has come.
