I live in the countryside.
Nobody would say this is an urban.
So the grass grows thick along the side of the road to my district, especially in summer.
Sometime, the grass disturbs the cars passing through.
For all that, the city officials don't cut it.
So, the local residents cut the grasses and maintenance the road for ourselves twice a year.
The day before yesterday was the second grass cutting day of this year.
The road length is more than 5 kilometers.
About 30 people were broken into teams, and each of teams cut the grasses
or took out the mud from the street gutter.
It is hard work, but we work in cooperation with each other, because here is the district where we live.
Sometimes there is a person who is stung by the bees, but there wasn't this year.
I've also once stung in the past.XD

I've also got stung once in the past.
Nobody would say this is an urban area.
Because, Just writing urban does not make a proper sentense
So, the grass grows thick along the side of the road in my district, especially in summer.
Sometimes, the grass disturbs the cars passing through.
All that, but still the city officials don't cut it.
So, the local residents cut the grasses and maintain the road for ourselves twice each year.
About 30 people were divided into teams, and each team either cut the grasses
here, im not sure whether you meant, 30 people were 'broken' in two and divided or whether its 60 people divided in two.
But its either divided or (about 30 people were included in each team)
or took out the mud from the street gutter.
It is hard work, but we work very cooperatively with each other, because this is the district where we live.
Sometimes there is a person who is stung by the bees, but there wasn't any this year.
> About 30 people were broken into teams, and each of teams cut the grasses.
How about this one:
About 30 people were divided into some teams, and each of teams cut the grass.
You can say : About 30 people were divided in to teams and each of the teams cut the grass !
It should'nt be each of team. If you do not want to put "the" there, each team is ok too. :)
So, we local residents cut the grass and maintain the road for ourselves twice a year.
Personally, I've never heard "grasses" before. I think it would only be used when talking about different types of grass? Also, I added "we" since you identify yourself with them, otherwise, the sentence would be "So, the local residents cut the grass and maintain the road for themselves twice a year."
Sometimes there is someone who is stung by the bees, but there wasn't this year.
Just to make it sound a little more natural.
I've also gotten stung once in the past.
蜂に刺されるととても痛いです。^^;
I'm sorry.... but I really can't understand.
だから、住民が草を刈らなければなりません。
でも、あなたも自分の家は自分できれいにするでしょう?!
それと同じ気持ちです。
There are big taxes in Russia for keeping houses clean... but people who must cleaning it often make their job very bad and it's always dirty everywhere. But if I start to clean it too - our instances and all other people say - Oh it's good! Do it onece again! You can!- And they won't do nothing to keep it clean and check workers.
I think people who just living and paying taxes must not do something (only if it's extreme emergency). They must make instances work well. And we have some volunteers' groups who check instance's works and if it's not good enough they write a lot of letters to high-position's managers of our city.
I think if one instance can't do somth well - such instance MUST solve this situation without disturbing good working middle class who pay taxes.
I think people have a lot of other own problems than to make hard work for which they pay tax.
日本にも税金はありますが、特定の目的に使う税金はありません。
All our car-owners pay "tax for roads" or something like that. I don't have a car... but I've heard many times that when the road isn't good enough many drivers tell that they paid a lot of money as taxes and why managers of city can't solve it? It's not our problem how they could do it. And many volunteers take pictures of bed roads everywhere and sent it to managers... and ask top managers of our city "What's a F@ck with roads!!!" in election day.

日本とはずいぶん違います。
