在以下情况下，「が」不能被は取代的：
1． 当主语是疑问词时，主语只能用「が」不能用「は」，回答句的主语也要用「が」。
2． 假定条件句，定语句中的主语不能用「は」只能用「が」。
3． 没有说明的语气，只是客观描述时要用「が」。
