What do you think when you feel unhappy ?

When I feel unhappy and If I try to find the reason why I am not happy, I sometimes notice that I demand someone whom next me or something that around me makes me happy.

I think that finding happy thing is my own work and it is also happy. I have been finding and enjoying to find happy things.

I recently forgot about it because of so fun every day. I was crazy about having fun and just tired..

I noticed about it and so now I am happy. I know that finding happy things are happy. Ye～i...



（楽しくないなぁ）と思ったとき、（どうして楽しくないんだろう？）と考えてみると、その時一緒に居る誰かやそこにある何かが私を楽しくしてくれるのを待っていることがある。

楽しみは自分で探すもの。ずーっとそうしてきたのだけど、いつの間にか忘れていた。毎日があまりに楽しかったから、いつの間にか忘れてた。

しかし、嬉しいことに気付いたよ。“楽しみ探し”は意外に楽しいよ。
