Hello.
Yesterday, I told the inportance to seat a lot to everyone.
Today's entry is related to yesterday's entry.

Today's entry is about greatness of green tea.

when you are thirsty, it is very healthy to replenish water with green tea.(「水分=water」ok?)

Green tea is affluent in 'catechin'.
'Catechin' has action that burn fat.

In Japan, it is very popular that high strength catechin green tea such as 'Healthya' and 'Oui ocha koi aji'
I always drink 'Oui ocha koi aji'

Have you ever drink green tea?
Do you like taste of green tea?

I do drink green tea quite often, though not every day. I really like the flavour, but I do not brew it for too long, perhaps 30 seconds in water that is not quite boiling hot. I believe that is how to make it. However, feel free to teach me :)
