However, there are a lot of blog sites, which is the best?
Please let me know with a reason.
I'm answering your question late, and I don't know about very many sites, but maybe the information is still useful.
I use Blogger right now. I use it in English, but they also have a Japanese setting (if you go to 'Languages' at the bottom of the page). It's pretty easy to use and they have a good selection of 'themes' or designs for your blog. You can also customize your blog with 'gadgets'. You can learn more about what you can do on Blogger here: http://www.blogger.com/features. Since I'm on blogger, if you get on there too, tell me so I can add you to the blogs that I read :)
I have heard that Wordpress may be better than Blogger (but the better features may only be available if you pay, I'm not sure). It has more designs and more gadgets. However, you cannot customize your design on Wordpress (you can do so on Blogger). Here is their site: http://learn.wordpress.com/
I like Blogger, but it is the only one that I've ever used, so I don't have anything to compare it to.
I found a comparison chart of them (http://pulsed.blogspot.com/2007/07/blogger-wordpress-chart.html). It's on Blogger though, so who knows, it may be a little skewed ^^;
