Korean to English translation help

I'm trying to translate what is written on the photo attached (Korean to English):
But it's difficult! And I'm not sure of what I have came up so far. I'm still not good in Korean and English is my second language. There are parts that I do understand but too difficult to phrase in English.

Here's what I've done. I need help correcting/editing it.

If today is the last day of my life, would I do what I am about to do today?
If the answer is "No", then I must need to change something.

우리는 영원히 살 것처럼 사랑하고 꿈꾸고, 일을 한다.
We love, dream and work as if we are going to live forever.
죽음은 마치 아주 오랜 후에나 있을 것처럼.
As if death is not going to happen soon.
그래서 우리는 늘 먼 미래를 내다보며 달려간다.
That is why we always look and run towards that faraway future.
더 좋은 사람을 만나기 위해 사랑을 포기 할 수도 있고 성공을 위해서는 연인을, 가족을 소홀히 할 수도 있다.
In order to meet a better person, we give up on love. In order to be successful, we neglect our family and loved ones.
남보다, 지금보다 행복해지기 위해서 오늘쯤은 기꺼이 희생할 준비가 되어있다.
In order to be happier than others, to be happier than what we are now, we willingly make sacrifices.
하지만 이렇게 눈앞의 행복만을 좋아 맹렬히 달려가는 우리는 과연 언제쯤 행복해질 수 있을까
We ferociously run towards that happiness like this, but when can we really be happy?
이 드라마는 시한부 판정을 받은 여자와 그녀를 사랑하게 된 남자가 행복한 죽음과 행복한 삶에 대한 해답을 찾아가는 여정이다.
This drama is about a terminally ill woman, a guy that she'll fall in love with, and their journey together to find the answer to a happy death and a happy life. (too literal?)
주인공들을 통해 어느 날 불현듯 찾아올지도 모를 죽음.
Through the characters death comes anannounced at any day, at any time, whether you seek it or not.
The characters will show us how death comes always comes unannounced like a thief in the night.

It is a drama that will make us think what must be done when facing death while in your 30s.
오늘 이 순간의 삶이 얼마나 값진 것인지, 지금 당신 곁에 있는 사람과 사랑이 얼마나 소중한지.
How valuable life is at this exact moment. How important is the person next to you. How precious love is.
잠시 돌아볼 수 있는 계기가 되는 드라마를 만들고자 한다.
This drama can give us a chance to pause and to look back.
이 드라마를 통해 지금 이 순간에 충실한 것이 바로 행복이라는 것을 새감 느끼게 되갈.
Through this drama, we'll realize that the most fullfilling thing is being happy right at this moment.
