My first travel by myself

I went to Kyoto four years ago

It is a lasting memory because it was my first travel by myself

Friday night, after work, I took a night bus from Tokyo to Kyoto

It took eight hours

It was very long hours and uncomfortable in the bus

But I could sleep very well

I arrived in Kyoto on Saturday morning about six a.m

I took a train to Kibune shine station and visited Kibune shine

It was holy place

I was moved by a solemn ambience

And then I climbed a mount Kurama

It was a small one

I could climb easy

I enjoyed trekking

After that I went to hot spring for a cure

Then I went back to Kyoto

I bought some souvenirs and some presents for my family

At night, I took a bus again and I went back in Tokyo on Sunday morning

I was very tired

But I felt refreshed

This is my first travel by myself

It took eight hours 自然的に、このような小さな文は珍しいんですね。　二つの文を一つにする方が良いと思います。　たとえば、"Friday night after work, I took a night bus for eight hours from Tokyo to Kyoto."　でも、文法的にこれは必要ではありませんね。
