"Can I take a rain check?"

I'm trying studying English in these days.
For example, I'm listening to a business English program for beginners.
(It is the one which I wrote an article before.)

This radio program teaches us two "one phrase" a time.
The title of this article, "Can I take a rain check?", is also introduced phrase in that program.
It's clear for me because those expressions consist of easy words, so I'm having a good time.

And I will take an English exam at the end of this month.
After this, I will be studying French and will take French exams next month. :)

But I digress.
According to the result of a sample test, I will get approximately between 470 and 570 points (of 990 points).
I got little right answers in reading sections.
I had thought I could had not answer in listening sections more, so I was a little surprised.
It hardly has difficult problems in that sample, maybe. :)

Anyway, I really felt a lack of my knowledge of words.
I will be learning English words step by step.

How about my progress?

近頃は英語の勉強をしています。
例えば、初心者向けのビジネス英語番組を聞いています。
（以前、日記を書いたものです）

このラジオ番組は２つの「ワンフレーズ」を教えてくれます。
この記事のタイトル「Can I take a rain check?」もこの番組で紹介されたものです。
表現は簡単なもので構成されているので私にもわかりやすく、楽しく聞いています。

そして、今月末には英語の試験を受ける予定です。
そのあとはフランス語を勉強して、翌月にフランス語の試験を受けようかと考えています。 :)

それはさておき。
模擬試験の結果によると、私はおおよそ470～570点を取るようです（990点満点中）。
リーディングセクション（読解問題）であまり正解できませんでした。
リスニングセクション（聴解問題）のほうが正解できないと考えていたので、少し驚きました。
きっと模擬試験では簡単な問題がほとんどなかったんでしょう。 :)

とにかく、単語力の不足を痛感しました。
ゆっくりと単語を覚えていこうと思います。
