The suffrage of local government to Non-Japanese citizen

Now in Japan, lots of people talking about give the suffrage of local government to non-Japanese citizen or not.
There are so many non-Japanese citizen in Japan and now people talking about is especially six hundred thousand people Korean-Japanese will be able to vote or not.
Some people support it and some people not to support it.

Some people support it because thinking Korean-Japanese people have been living Japan for a long enough, more than sixty years and fourth or fifth generations. And some people support it because its still difficult to be a Japanese citizen even if you were born in Japan and some of them can't even speak Korean only speak Japanese.

Some people not to support it because they are worry about Korean - Japanese are "anti Japanese" and Korean-Japanese would try to live in the same aria and kind of try to invade Japan. There is still a lot of racism issue exist in Japan.

I would like to support it because I love multi-culture. I think that would be a good for Japan's future as well.
