After I learned English for more than 8 years in Japan, I couldn't talk much.

After I came to US, I started to speak English.
Después de yo vine a estados unidos, yo empecé a hablar inglés.
Before I came to US, I couldn't speak English well.
Antes de yo vine de estados unidos, yo no podía hablar inglés bueno.
