wrinkles or not wrinkles?
I watched the Swedish films from Stieg Larsson’s Millenium Trilogy, bestsellers in Europe. They are excellent films, very captivating despite a rape scene particularly untenable for a sensitive soul like mine.
I used to tend to “eat” American series and with these Swedish movies, one thing struck me: the actresses had wrinkles as in the real life. Their acting was very expressive, very intense.
These wrinkles don’t disfigure them, they are absolutely not unsightly. Thus, I wonder why the most of American movies show only women with baby skin which ends up looking like drag queens.
i'm curious to see how theses matters will mature.

Wrinkles or not wrinkles?
They are excellent films, very captivating despite a rape scene particularly untenable for a sensitive soul like mine. (I think "untenable" is not the right word here. Perhaps you mean "unpalatable", "unpleasant", "disagreeable".)
I used to tend to “eat” American series and with these Swedish movies, one thing struck me: the actresses had wrinkles as in the real life.
Thus, I wonder why the most majority of American movies (or "why most American movies") show only women with baby skin which who ends up looking like drag queens.
I'm curious to see how theses matters will mature. ("These" is already plural. You do not need to add an "s". Remember that the singular form is "this".)
