I surely used to live Kyoto.

Yesterday, I went to Kyoto to meet a student who want to enter our company. After we finished discussion and I left a cafe, I had free time. And I decided to go to my old apartment once I lived.

I attended the university and the graduate school in Kyoto, so I used to live Kyoto in six years. I left Kyoto 15 years ago and 15 years are very long time. So I am usually unconscious of my university life in Kyoto.

When I arrived at my old apartment and wandered around it, various scenes of my university life and feelings what I felt when I was in these scenes came back to my mind.

I felt that 'Oh, I lived there these days. My friends and I were young, we didn't know what we were and we didn't know our future.'

I remember the mind what I had and decide to work a little harder from today.

These is present tense, so you want to use those when you are talking about past tense. I rearranged some of the sentences just so they would sound more proper.

Anyway, I really liked the pictures you took! They're really cool.^^ It must have been fun reliving memories~ as long as they were good of course

Both good and bitter memories came back, but even bitter memories are nice to me at this moment.
