My teacher for one of the English courses I've taken said that, a person whose face expressions are changing spontaneously in a noticeable way as a reaction to what he heard or saw, is called a person with "mirror face".
On the other hand, the one who doesn't give any reaction is called a person with "mask face".
When I googled that, I didn't find any results!!
Are those terms really existed in English??
Thank you.

She told me that because I'm one of those who make a lot of facial expressions.
Thanks a lot!
