Slimming
Now I have a plan which I'm absolutely going to carry out until going back to Japan.
That is...to get my weight off!!
For this two years, my weight increased by 6kg to ○○kg due to having fatty foods and lack of exercise. Thanks to this, I have love handles...
When I had been working in Japan, I had been running almost every morning to keep my body heathy. But I've never done after coming to NY. I play golf by walking quite often in summer. But in this couple of months, cold weather prevents me from doing it.
So, I decided to run a couple of times a week. Actually this trial began from yesterday. I'm going to continue this exercise not to be called "quitter".
Does everyone have good ideas to get your weight off such as slimming exercises?

Thank you for correcting my diary. I have to make efforts to learn "tense" and get my weight off. I think your idea deserves attention! I will try to eat slightly less at every meal.

I tried becoming a vegetarian for the sake of slimming. But it has failed me repeatedly. When I see delicious meat, I can't help but to eat it. So, I'm limiting myself to meat only ONCE a day, and only one type. 一回だけし、一つ肉です。It makes me more self conscious of what I'm eating.
And, starting this morning, I'm running everyday. Like you, I used to run before. But then since I entered college I stopped. 前に四十七キロだったが、その時は陸上走りました!でも、このごろは走らないで百十キロもです!だから気になった!
運動することはずいぶん大切なので、走れ!少なくても、運動するようにして!!! =D

I guess we eat more foods than we really need. We should eat slightly less and continue exercise as funkyfunkeyさん suggested. I wish us both luck!
