TOMOSUKE : English Conversation (2)

I always think speaking English is more difficult than writing one as well as listening. This is just because I had learned how to write or read English for a long time through the education at school. On the other hands, I had never learned to speak English until coming to NY.

However, I have got used to talk with someone about business or economy in English because a similar type of conversation had been recurred and I have remembered some key words to be required in those conversation, even though I have to learn a grammar such as "tense", "article" and "preposition" so that I can use them correctly.

As for daily conversation, it's another story.
I can't give a correct answer to the question that is thrown at me immediately because I can't think of proper words to say.
Considering this case, I think it might be important for me to learn verbs like hell before learning grammar.

So let me ask you a question.

What should I emphasize when I try to get better at speaking English?

I'm going to learn grammar utilizing this website though...

TOMOSUKE : Slimming (3)

Now I have a plan which I'm absolutely going to carry out until going back to Japan.

That is...to get my weight off!!

For this two years, my weight increased by 6kg to ○○kg due to having fatty foods and lack of exercise. Thanks to this, I have love handles...
When I had been working in Japan, I had been running almost every morning to keep my body heathy. But I've never done after coming to NY. I play golf by walking quite often in summer. But in this couple of months, cold weather prevents me from doing it.

So, I decided to run a couple of times a week. Actually this trial began from yesterday. I'm going to continue this exercise not to be called "quitter".

Does everyone have good ideas to get your weight off such as slimming exercises?
