My parents have two female dogs.

In the picture, the white dog names "Chiro". She is an elder dog, over 15 years old. She losed some teeth because of the age. So she always leave on her tongue outside the mouth. When my mother just nips her tongue, she notices it and put in.

The brown dog names "Chako" whose name means the color and can write in kanji as "茶子". She is younger than the other. She is big eater and always watch for a chance to eat Chiro's foods. But, Chako don't eat Chiro's foods on the front of her.

When I was looking for a journal topic on Lang-8, I found this picture and want to meet them.

In English 会う does mean meet, but if you use it in this context, it sounds like you want to meet them for the first time >0< Since you have met them before and want to see them again, you say "I want to see them".

Hope this helps!

No. This "茶" does not mean the color of tea.
In this case, it has only meaning the color of brown in Japanese.
