When I knew the word "canine", I confused to not understand the semantic difference between "dog" and "canine" a bit. So I had looked at a dictonary and web sites, and I knew that dogs training for police are often referred to by the term "K9", which is a homophone of "canine".

I like the movie "K-9", because the star dog in the movie is very cute and smart. But I didn't know that the title of the movie has the kind of mean. I see how it is.
