I met a Thai in a coin laundry. I was amazed at at the fluency with which he spoke Japanese. When was it natural to speak multilingual? I thought so and got jealous for his fluency.

European people I know was learning some foreign languages from children. My colleague, Macedonian, learned German and Latin. He also spreaks English. How does he manage to learn them?

I can't keep my head above water for only English. Will I be able to speak fluent English at least in another few months?

Today I leave Germany temporarily for home. I will soak in a bathtub, eat TAKOYAKI, and cheer myself up.

(Is it natural to use "intend to" instead of last "will"?)

Yes, you could switch "will" out for "intend to" and it would be fine :D

My friend said same thing when she came back Thai land.>I was amazed at at the fluency with which he spoke Japanese.

The Thais speak Japanese very well in Japan, too.

タイ料理のお店の人なんて、日本に来て半年と言っていましたが、「どこに行くの?」って聞かれて「ええ、ちょっと・・・」とお茶をにごすナチュラルっぷりも身につけていました。便利だよね、「ちょっと」。
