I had cranial nerves class last week by a brain surgeon from the hospital where our school is attached to.
He taught about cerebral apoplexy at that day, and he referred to difficult example about a pregnant woman who was taken to the hospital in an ambulance because of cerebral hemorrhage(bleeding in a brain).
The doctor gave his patient a detailed explanation that she had to have an abortion because of the operation for cerebral hemorrhage. Generally speaking, it's impossible to operate pregnant woman for it. They must take emergency steps to deal with her disease, and doctors thought she would accept an abortion. But she and her husband stubbornly insisted that she didn't want to have an abortion. And she insisted that she would be dead if she had an abortion. So the doctor operated her without abortion, although a doctor for anesthesia was unwilling to do it. Finally the operation was very successful, and the child is a primary schoolchild now. The doctor said that anything could be happened.

Of course your English is so close to perfect, I felt nervous correcting it, but the correction are all common usage. Your grammar mistakes are almost all a result of the fact that English grammar is often illogical.
