I think that to live a more positive life is very difficult for us. Everybody has some stress and tends to think negative.
A couple of days ago I watched a documentary of one of Japanese Olympians. I was so inspired by her methods to live more positive life. She lost last Olympic games and has been training only to win the gold medal for 4 years. Every single day she has been image training when she wins the gold medal at this Olympic games. She writes down the feelings when she gets it on many notebooks every day, and she also sends a lot of letters to her parents, coach, her friends who have been supporting her to appreciate her feelings when she wins. She said she never thought she would lose the game this time because of this training.
I really think training us both in a physical way and a mental way is very hard and tough, but she has been keeping on it for four years. I thought she was such a strong person.
I think if we would like to accomplish something, imaging when we complete it is very important. It becomes our motivation, and we can remove some stress. In short, we can think in a positive way. I think once we set our goals, we need to look at strait just our goals without thinking a lot, and imagine to achieve it. That's the methods to win the race as life.

I think that it is very difficult for us to live more positively.
Everybody has some stress in their lives which causes them to think negatively.
A couple of days ago I watched a documentary about one of the Japanese Olympians. (... about a Japanese Olympian)
I was (very) inspired by her methods to live a more positive life.
She lost in the last Olympic games and has dedicated herself to training (in order) to win the gold medal for the past 4 years.
Every single day she has been doing image training, envisioning herself winning the gold medal at this Olympic games.
Every day she writes down the emotions (feelings) she expects to feel when she wins the gold medal in several notebooks, and she also sends a lot of letters to her parents, her coach, and her friends who have been supporting her, thanking them for their support when she wins.
She said she doesn't expect to lose (in the games) this time because of this training.
I (really) think mental and physical training are very hard and tough, but she has continuously been doing both for four years.
I think she is such a strong person.
If we would like to accomplish something, it is very important that we imagine ourselves completing it.
The image becomes our motivation, and it can remove some of our stress.
I think once we set our goals, we need to focus only on those goals, and imagine ourselves achieving them.
That's how to win the race we call life.
