I will study Spanish a little at a community college for three months. The class has ten lessons, and I don't think I can study advanced Spanish, but I still can learn basic one.
The class fees are very cheap, and when I found it I thought I should apply it! I'm so excited now. If the class is fun and I like studying Spanish, I'd love to keep on studying it!

You don't really need "a little," but it's not wrong to have in the sentence.
The class has ten lessons, so I will be able to learn basic Spanish, but I won't be able to study advanced topics.
The way you had your sentence written makes it quite confusing to read. Putting it like this makes it flow more naturally.
The tuition for the class is very cheap, (and) so when I found it I thought that I should apply for it!
The way your sentence is structured makes it sound like you took the class because it was cheap. If the price was the reason you're taking the class, "so" is better than "and," because "so" shows that the first part is the reason for the second.
If the class is fun and I like studying Spanish, I'd love to keep on studying it!
