A Tobacco Bar

There is a small classical bar, usui tobacco bar, near my house. I've never seen tobacco bar until I moved to here. Maybe since I don't like both smoking and drinking, I hadn't known them.
Today I want to write about the tobacco bar on my journal entry.

I already referred to that I don't like smoking and drinking. I've never smoked in my whole life, and I had only few experiences to drink. I guess that maybe I'm a boring person for unknowing how to drink alcohol .
However, I like the bar's atmosphere. When I walk with my dog, I always pass through in front of the bar. In the bar there are always three to five people sitting in front of the counter and drinking and smoking. Although I don't know which music I can listen to, I guess that Jazz music is the best fit to the bar.
All customers looks like relaxed; while smoking, they seem enjoy chatting with their friends and the owner of the bar.
Behind them I can see various kinds of bottles of alcohol and cigarette cases.

My father loves smoking a pipe since I've been a child. Maybe that's why I like smelling pipes. I like the sweet smell. When I tell that smell of pipe is sweet, somebody laugh my story but I really think that smell of pipe is sweet. And that is one of my favorite smell. I've never wanted to try to smoke though.
I associate the smell with the words of nostalgia, classic or something like that.

Tonight I also will pass through the bar with my dog. Although I never think that I want to enter the bar to smoke or drink, I just want to enjoy smelling from the bar even though I know that second hand smoking is also bad for our health.

パイプの香り、いいですね。僕は学生のときによくふかしていました。
タンバーでゆったり時間をかけてタバコを詰めて、火をつけて、やがて部屋中に甘い香りが漂う・・。ほんとにリラックスできますね。
僕はタバコ（cigarette）をやめてから２０年以上たちました。タバコを吸いたいとは思いませんが、パイプはまたいつかやりたい気がする。（でもやらないけど・・）

I love writing journal entries in English, and I really would love to write stories or essaies in English from now on. Therefore, it is really really good practice for me to post entries here!

Jiroさん、こんにちは。コメントありがとうございました。学生時代にパイプを？渋い学生さんだったんでしょうね～、きっと。女の子にもてもてだったことでしょう！！！Jiroさん、やさしいし。Jiroさんの若いころにお会いしたかったなぁ。
子供のころから父がパイプが大好きで、パイプの煙という本を愛読していました。父の誕生日祝いに何本パイプをプレゼントしたでしょう。今でもたま～に吸いますが、最近はめったに吸わなくなりました。子供のころからパイプのたばこのにおいが大好きでした。蚊取り線香のにおいや、お線香のにおい、お香のにおいも大好きです。なぜなんだろう。なぜ？と聞かれると答えられないのですが、なぜかそういう類のにおいが大好きです。

髪の毛が肩まであって、いつも手でかきあげながら、なにやら難しそうな本を読んでいましたよ。笑
パイプの煙、団いくまさんでしたっけ、続編が延々と続くんだ。
お香の香り好きですよ。
