I want to come here and write anything in English but it is hard to do it
even 1 sentence!

I thought what I am doing now.
I was just worried about anything but didn't do anything.

even just 1 sentence!("Just" gives stonger emotion.)

I just sat and thought what I was doing.

I was just worried about anything but didn't do anything.
I was just worried about everything, but didn't do anything.(The meaning is slightly different but this sounds cool.)

The hardest part in writing the essay is writing the first paragraph. The heardest part of the dive is the jump. And the hadest pert of Math is just doing it.

We have to face our fears to get rid of them!

I just kept worrying about something so I ended up not doing anything.

I'm not a writer either so I know how you feel, but the only way to improve is to just get it posted. Over time you will get better.
Keeping it short in the beginning is not bad either, it's easier to correct :)
