I'd like you to check my email to PBS online news hour.
I listen to the news every day.
I found a broken link on the web today so that I want to email to PBS to fix the link.

I can't listen to the news summary for December 30, 2008

I'm a Japanese woman who lives in Fukuoka, Japan.
I enjoy PBS online news everyday.
Thank you so much for your news service.
I'd like to ask you about a trouble in downloading an mp3 file you offered.
I can't listen to the following file.

My browser says there is no file like that.
The same trouble sometimes happens when I try to download some other files on your website.
Do you know the reason?
Perhaps I shouldn't be asking but do you think you've uploaded the file correctly?
I really want to listen to it.

The same trouble sometimes happens when I try to download other one some other files on your website.
Perhaps I shouldn't be askingask so but did you upload the file correctly? ("Or do you think you've uploaded the file correctly/properly" to politer)
