When you got something nice things from people after you did something, you can use the word.
A:I had a great time with you.
B.It's my pleasure.

A:Thank you for helping me out.
B; It's my pleasure.

A:I really liked the gife you gave me.
B;It's my pleasure.

or when you meet somebody, you can also say
it's my pleasure to meet you.

Creo que hay mucha gente que hablan inglés en Japón.
Ya busque una aquí que habla inglés y español.
Buscar una que habla inglés es más facíl que busco la persona que habla español aquí.
