Dear sirs, in this moment of fine autumn, I pray for the prosperity of your company. Our company, Japan cooperation Miki Co, would like to say that we set up a new subsidiary company which is "Miki Korea Medical" in Korea. We also really appreciate of buying and using our product since 1989 when we went into Korea.
As a main stockholder of partnership company Miki Korea, Miki Co. have been trying to serve the best products to Korean consumers, but we face the difficult situation owing to the difference of working policy. For this reason, we sadly canceled the partnership with Miki Korea since its establishment which lasted 20years long. That means, Miki Co. transferred stocks of Miki Korea (49% of issued stock) to a person who is partner of partnership company in June, 2009. Therefore, We notify that cooperation of technology and all kinds of relationship included company shares were all over.
From now on, We inform that the new Miki brand wheel chair made by Miki korea medical will be on sale. We, Miki Korea medical, promise that all of our employees will do best for consumer's happy. So, we are asking to be concerned by consumers.
