ジャック：うん、私ぼくは未来で将来、新しい車と家が欲しいつもりだ。（男の人はfomalな場じゃなければ、「ぼく」を使う方が自然です。）
ジェイン：面白いいいわね、ジャック。（interesting＝いいわね、ではないのですが、この状況に合ったinterestingの日本語が思いつきませんでした。）
この車はいくらですか？（文法的にはあっていますが、どんな状況かな、と思いました。「この」は目の前にある物に対して使うので、こういうと目の前に車があることになります。けど、２回目のデートで食事をしてる場面なんですよね？）
ジャック：たぶん、４００、０００円です。
未来でこれはあっても将来、この車を買ってもいいですか？（親しい人同士なら「ですか」はない方が自然です。）
ジェイン：それはいいです。いいわね。
嬉しいですよ！
ジャック：うん、私は未来で将来新しい車と家が欲しいつもりだ
未来で将来これはをあっても持っていてもいいですか？または・将来、これを買ってもいいですか？・将来、これが家にあってもいいですか？
ジェイン：それはいいです。日本語では、「It is」にあたる言葉を言うと不自然です。
ところで「Native nod」って、どういう意味ですか？？
「ネイティブも納得」のような意味？？
ジャック：うん、私は未来で将来新しい車と家が欲しいつもりだ。
ジェイン：面白いなるほど、ジャック。
