I watched "Fly Away Home" yesterday.
This movie really moved me.

I like action and SF movies very much.
So, I hardly watch a movie which is moving someone like this.
However, I watched it to do an assignment of my university.
I thought a movie which is moving someone is also good! :)

If you know some interesting movies, can you tell me them?

  • So, I hardly watch a movie which is moving someone like this.
  • So, I hardly ever watch movies that are touching and make me sad.

  • However, I watched it to do an assignment of my university.
  • However, I watched it because it was an assignment for one of my class at school.

  • I thought a movie which is moving someone is also good!
  • As I already said, I thought a movie was good and moving!

  • If you know some interesting movies, can you tell me them?
  • If you know any interesting movies, would you tell me about them?

SF? Sci-Fi (Science Fiction)? Not sure what you meant.

Thank you for corrections!
Yes, SF means Science Fiction. :)

  • I thought a movie which is moving someone is also good!(Your sentence is ok! The correction in blue is not correct. You could say - As I already said, I thought a the movie was good and moving! - but that is different from what you are trying to say.

Most of the corrections people make are correct but occasionally people make mistakes with their corrections - perhaps because they are tired or something like that.

You are welcome Rippi. Watch out for wasei eigo. There are a lot of them in Japanese that seem like English but actually they have been changed.
