This theme is about the Basic Education Law was revised in 2006.
題材は2006年に改定された「教育基本法」についてです。
This is very interesting.
非常に興味深かったです。
Fundamental Law of Education of Japan, had never been revised from 1947 to 2006.
日本の教育基本法は、1947年から2006年まで改訂されたことがありませんでした。
So that is unchanged from 2006, never before made the laws of war now.
つまりは今の法律が出来た戦後から2006年まで一度も変わらなかったのです。
I wonder if it would get no negative effects.
それは弊害が出なければおかしいと思います。
Now they were enforced, because a different era.
なぜなら施行されたときと今では時代が違うからです。
But what is good or it is revised and a different story.
だけど、その改定された内容が良いかはまた違う話です。

これからの日本の教育はどうなっていくのかということについて、
