A young fatty man came to our workplace for an examination of HIV.
Our staff members tried to draw the blood several times, but it wasn't done.
Then I said " Excuse us, but we can't do the test".
What do you think about it?

初めての体験
若い太った男性がHIV検査のためにオフィスにきました。
職員達が数回採血を試みました、しかしうまくいきません。
そして、「申し訳ありませんが、検査を出来ません」と私が言いました。
どう思いますか。

A young fatty overweight man came to our workplace for an examination of HIV HIV test.
It is better to use "overweight" to sound more professional. "HIV test" is more "to the point."
Our staff members tried to draw the blood several times, but it wasn't done we were not able to do it.
I am fat, so I learn where I am able to draw blood on my body so I can tell the technician where to draw blood efficiently. You should not feel bad if you could not draw blood on him if he did not give you a place to draw it.
Sometimes being fat comes with little consequences like this. I choose to live with them.
I'm relieved hear that.
However, I'll talk to our staff members to train it.
That's too bad, but there are other ways to get and HIV test, right?
However, if in the hospital we have to do it.

Then I said "Excuse us, but we can't do the test".
Don't type a blank space after a left quote; only before it.
What do you think (about this/that)?
"What do you think?" is enough.
Was the problem that you couldn't see where the veins were at all, or that they were moving around too much? Also, was he properly hydrated? Sometimes drinking some water and walking around for a few minutes can make it easier to draw blood.
My veins are clearly visible, but some phlebotomists have complained that they are uncooperative (they either wriggle away from the needle, or shut down in the middle of drawing blood). Other phlebotomists have no trouble with them.
1,I forgot a space after a quotation mark and a title's phrase.
2,I don't know your way to draw it.
Usually, in this case we do as follows:
@we pat the arm.
@we put a hot towel on the arm.
@we use the winged needle instead of the syringe.
